* ID	Create an ID for your calendar. ID's are limited to 18 characters (and numbers) and are case sensitive. "MySiteCal" is not the same as "mysitecal".
Password	Password. You may enter a new password if desired.
Site Title	Enter the title of your site. This title will be displayed on the calendar and hyper-linked (if you supply a URL below) back to your site.
Site URL	Enter the URL of your site. This URL will be hyper-linked with the title above back to your site. Make sure you enter a full path. IE: http://www.yoursitename.com
* E-Mail Address	Enter your E-Mail address. This is a required field. We will e-mail you instructions on how to use the Pop-Up Calendar to this address.
Image URL	This field is optional. If supplied, this URL will be used to display your logo on the Pop-UP Calendar. The image will be sized to 260x200. So in order for your image to display properly create it with these dimensions in mind. If you don't have an image prepared now, you can leave this field blank and enter it later. Enter a full URL. IE: http://www.mysite.com/images/mylogo.gif (or jpg).
